NEW MODEL SERVICE ANALYST (TSD-NMS)
Job description:
  • Responsible for searching, collecting, processing and analyzing the abilities and quality service data base
  • To coordinate the New Model Service Preparation Activity
  • Create and proposed New Model Design Improvement

  • Responsible for the development of the concept of after-sales service (AHASS)
  • Control programs undertaken by the Main Dealer & network
  • Designing activities relating to improving the quality of service in AHASS
Qualifications:
  • S1 Industrial Engineering
  • GPA min 2.75
  • Age Max. 27 years
  • Having a strong analytical ability
  • Have the technical ability of adequate knowledge
  • Having the ability to establish communication
