Accounting & Administration Assistant - Jakarta
Job Description
- To support the team in administrative work : do documentation, coordinate business travel requirements and do record keeping & filing;
- To maintain basic accounting records : maintain accounting records related to transactions in Jakarta office, coordinate with branch offices on updating accounting records, prepare accounting reports for the management team & coordinate with audit team;
- To manage payroll and payments : manage the employee payroll & coordinate payments to suppliers;
- To process purchase order for suppliers and service providers : coordinate with Paris team and branch office for demand estimation & prepare and release purchase order
- To process customs clearance documentation
Required Skills
- Education: Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 2.75.
- Experience
- At least 2 years working experiences in accounting and administrative works;
- Has experience to work in a team consists of 4-5 team members.
- Skills: Familiar with accounting & payroll system.
Job Description
- Conduct regular site audit as defined by SimOps audit
- Support and assist the sites/ entities in performing various safety inspections
- Evaluate contractors HSE Documentation for pre-qualification as organised by contract department
- Verify contractors HSE implementation in their premises for pre-qualification as organised by contract department
- Ensure with sites/ entities/ contract responsible that identified deficiencies are corrected and general & specific HSE requirements are fulfilled by contractors during pre-mobilization & mobilization phases of contracts considered as Critical
- Evaluate contractors HSE Performance during contract period/ operation (OPS) which then provide necessary feedback/ recommendation as requested & organised by sites/ entities/ contract responsible
- Audit & Inspect TIs or contractors new premises/ facilities/ equipment which then provide necessary feedback/ recommendation as requested & organised by sites/ entities/ contract responsible
- Identify and review with sites/ entities/ contract responsible all hazards and their control measure during demoblization phase of contracts considered as Critical
- Attend HSE Committee Meeting as per agreed nomination of DSE Representatives
- Support and assist the assigned champion in HSEMS Audit (12 DGEP Policy) improvement
Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor degree in any engineering major
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in similar position, especially in oil and gas industry

- Evidence of appropriate formal training in key activities noted above
- Familiar and have been involved in the auditing process
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree or Professional Degree in Psychology
- Candidate must be able to do interview, observation, and make recommendation.
- Able to speak English
