Responsibilities
- The jobholder will have a responsibility to process over-the-counter transactions, such as Foreign Currencies and Local Currency’s cash withdrawal or deposit, Demand Draft, Travellers Cheques, and Transfers. These one-stop transactions are the Bank service standard, hospitality and professional services to customers.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- A fresh graduate is welcome to explore this opportunity
- Has knowledge and experiences on over-the-counter transactions will be an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
- Strong success driven
- Demonstrate high degree of integrity
Responsibility
- Supporting line manager in handling Logistic operations, covering the following:
- Document Management (Archiving)
- Distribution service (Courier and Mailroom)
- Cash in Transit and ATM Replenishment (outstation only)
- Office Insurance
- Vendor Management
- Administrative tasks (ie. processing invoice, reporting, etc).
Requirements

- Excellent time management and team management skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Independent
- Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. MS Access is a plus point.
- Fluent in English, written and speaking
- Experience in Logistic Operation are (ie. courier, mailroom, records management) is a plus point but not mandatory
Responsibility
- Prepare cost submission to Head Office and other report for local management; purpose accurately and on timely basis. The job incumbent is responsible to collect data from other department, perform data compilation and data consolidation, and provide commentary to interpret data trends and information to Head Office and EXCO members.
Requirements
- Having accounting knowledge and keen with numbers and financial reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skil, able to create, review and operate complex worksheet formula
- Strong understanding in HSBC IMO business line structure, customer group and product grouping
- Good knowledge and good logic for reporting system
- Proficiency in written English skill
