Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge and extensive experience in designing and developing Knowledge Management Model.
- Good concepting and consulting skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
