Associate Application Support - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Maintain and do daily (invoice) and monthly (labour, stock issue, stock adjustment, accrued & commitment) data validation, data correction and data integration from other feeder system / application and import / post them into Accounting and Financial System : SunSystems. In this case, we have Maintenance, Inventory & Procurement System : Avantis, Wages and Payroll System : Paytrack, Assets System which is FaMan, and some other data from Sun2Excel.
- Assist Senior System Analyst in maintaining and developing any existing and new request of Accounting and Financial Report. The reports consists of reports in e-Financial, SunSystems build-in and custom reports, also some other accounting and financial reports in crystal report format
- Share some knowledge skill between each other in the group Working together with Corporate Trainer to provide a proper training of each Custom Developed Business Application and Ad-Hoc Training required by users
Requirements
- Male / Female under 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree IT/Computer sience with minimum GPA 3.00
- Corporate IT Support System
- Good manner of communication to user or customer.
- Application and support integrity.
- Analytical problem solving.
- Strong reporting and technical writing.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with business users to gather all requirements to formulate business specifications and translating those into business functionality
- Documenting workflows and results of business analysis and obtaining sign-off from users on specifications
- Assisting the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture and the production of a business functionality requirements statement
- Provides assistance as required to organizations outside of the enterprise to improve internal procedures that may be advantageous to the enterprise
- Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing business services policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, and make recommendations in these areas
- Communicating the business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team and serving as business interface from the enterprise’s operational management team managing expectations and defining business satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- Male / Female under 35 years old
- BS or BA level degree in computer science, business administration, operations engineering or related field
- 5 years of supervisor, administrative or systems procedures analysis experience, three in the business services area are required as well
- Experience in areas of operations engineering (i.e. work simplification, work measurement techniques/skills)
- Knowledge of office automation, Information Technology techniques and practices, forms and records management
