OPEX Budget Control Analyst - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Conducting daily monitoring and controlling on budget distribution and budget release strategy in order to ensure compliance with the Company’s Policy & Procedures (budget guidelines, governance and accounting policy, etc.)
- As a first gate PO releaser for PO Prepayment Opex budget and reviewer for availabilty budget in PO charging.
- Assisting Budget & Control Manager in preparing the Company’s annual Opex budget
- Updating the Company’s cost center structures
- Perform regular monitoring, identifying & provide summary of potential Opex budget saving to be used as a basis for opex budget management during the year
- Provide opex report for monitoring budget utilization for Consultancy Fee
- Enhancing and maximizing the SAP utilization by exploring SAP Data Information System facilities to develop and provide integrated report to support management
Requirements
- S1 University graduate majoring in Accounting / Management
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Finance/Accounting Dept, preferable from Public Accounting Firm
- Accounting knowledge
- Strong spreadsheet & database skills

- SAP module (is preferred)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day operation between XL Axiata and Content Provider or Partner.
- Expand XL Axiata alliance with new Content Provider.
- Responsible for producing a monthly report on all related Content Provider / Partner aspects.
- Handle contract and or settlement with Content Provider / partner.
Requirements
- Candidate must possesses at least a Bachelor Degree
