- High Integrity
- Sex: male and female
- Age maximum of 35 years as of 30 April 2011
- S1 majoring in Accounting Education from state universities and private accredited "A"
- GPA as low as 3.25
- Behave Well
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Willing to sign the integrity pact (GCG)

General requirements for application:

- Has Certificate Register Accountants (Passed PPAK)
- Having Toefl / Internet Based Test applies maximum 2 years from the date of registration with the score as low as 85
- Relevant work experience of at least 5 (five) years in KAP International / Multinational Enterprises / State Audit Institution

- Phase I: Selection Administration
- Phase II: Public Interview
- Phase III: Psychological tests
- Stage IV: Health Test
- Phase V: Final Determination Graduation Interview
