1. COMMISSIONING SITE LEADER (CSL) DELEGATE
2. TELECOM SUPERITENDENT

Job Function :

• To ensure safety of commissioning activities, with good coordination with other parties involved, and in respect with company regulations.
• To Manage and supervise commissioning activities performed by a team of technicians, in a safe and professional manner, within the framework and priorities defined by the CLS.
• To be the technical reference for all matters related to his trade, and providing solutions to technical issues.
• To provide assistance to project (construction and pre-commissioning phases) and to field Operation team.

3. INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR, ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR & PIPING SUPERVISOR

Job Function

• To ensure safety of commissioning activities on yard and on site in respect with TEPI standing instructions and Work Permit instructions
• To ensure that the work identified in the work permit is performed according to company specification
• To care for the organization of work such as Logistic, tools, spare parts, authorization
• To provide assistance to project (Construction and pre-commissioning phases) and to Field Operation team

4. ICAPS TECHNICIAN
5. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
6. INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN

Job Function:

• To perform on safe manner the commissioning activities on yard, and on site
• To be the technical reference for all matters related to his trade, and providing solutions to technical issues.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Engineering Degree
• Typically 5-10 year’s relevant international assignment experience in Oi l & Gas Industry, with a minimum of 3 -5 years in a Pre-commissioning Managerial role within a project.
• Recognized level of knowledge in OPERCOM methodology & ICAPS
• Significant responsibility in multi-discipline teams or projects
• Fluent spoken and written English.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (POSITION #) :

• # 1. Recognized level of expertise in pre-commissioning/commissioning, safety, planning, contractor management and project team management
• # 2. Recognized level of expertise in Telecom (Line of Sight, Fiber Optic, PABX, CCTV), safety, planning
• # 3. Recognized level of expertise Instrumentation pre-commissioning/commissioning, safety, and planning
• # 4. Typically 3-5 years as ICAPS technicians, Recognized level of expertise in ICAPS software, Recognized level of expertise in Information Technology, database and Microsoft Office.
• # 5. Recognized level of expertise Electrical pre-commissioning/commissioning, safety
