INTERNAL QUALITY
Quality Assurance & Control
Requirements:

• Minimum  Bachelor Degree in Mining / Civil with accounting knowledge preferred
• Minimum 6 years of related experience in the project control / cost control, operations or project services
• Able to maintain the quality preventive and corrective actions tracking and notifications system (Q-PASS)

CORPORATE COMMUNICATION
Corporate Communication and CSR Coordinator
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years experiences in marketing / communications function or related area
• Show good people skills, strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, maturity, understand how to approach/deal with communities, local government, NGO’s and other stakeholders

GOVERNMENT RELATION
Customs Coordinator
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in relevant experiences esp. in mining industry
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
• Familiar with the Master List BKPM / oil and gas
• Good understanding and implementation of international freight processing and system
• Good understanding and implementation of customs regulations / laws and procedures

Formalities Coordinator
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in dealing with permit esp. in mining industry
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Legal
• Experience in handling the regular reporting to the government (BKPM, ESDM, etc)

Formalities Officer
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in dealing with permit esp, in mining industry
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Legal
• Experience in handling regular reporting to the government (BKPM, ESDM, etc)

MINING
Mining Engineer
Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years experience in Mining Industry
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Knowledge of best practice in Project Management

Mine Engineer Superintendent
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer
• Minimum 7 years previous experiences in Mining
• Strong capability/exposure to Mine Planning Software (surpac, Minescape & XPAC)

Mine Engineering Manager
Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience and Bachelor Degree in mining engineering
• Strong capability/exposure to Mine Planning Software (surpac, Minescape & XPAC)

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING
AP/AR Accountant
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Economy
• Minimum 1-4 years experience as accountant (esp. in Account Payable and Receivable)
• Familiar with Accounting system

HUMAN CAPITAL
Recruitment Specialists
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, preferably Psychologist profession min 3-5 years experiences in recruitment and staffing, esp in mining industry
• Familiar with various recruitment and assessment tools

HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT
HSE Coordinator
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experiences in HSE
• Having experiences in maintenance or construction and engineering area
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, in Occupational HSE/Public Health or Environmental Engineering
• Formal training in safety and risk management

HSE Graduates
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Occupational HSE/ Public Health or Environmental Engineering
• Minimum GPA 2.80 of 4 scale

ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION
Senior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Material Handling, Electrical, Instrument, Planning)
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar field, preferably in Mining
• Familiar with Structure Engineering Software (Staad-Pro)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication skill in English, both verbal and written
• Able to use Microsoft Office Program
• Required to work extended hours to meet reporting deadline
• Must be team oriented, self motivated and possess the ability to priorities work
• Willing to travel or placed in all project sites
