ACCEPTANCE OF THE CANDIDATES Civil Servants
STATE SECRETARIAT IN 2010

Registration:
- Each applicant must fill out the registration form on line from 1 to 5 November 2010 (the last day of registration till 14.00 pm), which consists of:
- personal data: the number of identity cards (KTP) / Number of Parent Population (NIK), name, degree of education, place and date of birth, religion, sex, marital status, full address of residence, city / county, state, zip code, home phone / cell phone, and email address, and other personal data as required;
- educational data: origin college / school, state college / school (public / private), course of study / majors, the number of diploma / STTB, and the GPA / average value;
- formation data: code and name of the proposed position.
- account data system, a user id and password used applicants for admission to Reception System CPNS State Secretariat, during the selection process took place
- Applicants who have completed filling out the registration form on line, the system must go into each account to send (upload) the attachment of registration consists of:
- Diploma / STTB last (in PDF format, max 70 Kb);
- academic transcripts (in PDF format, max 100 Kb);
- ID cards (in JPG format, max 50 Kb);
- recent photograph with red background 4x6 size (in JPG format, max 20 Kb).
- Applicants for graduate college / school in foreign countries, should send a letter of determination for on-line recognition of equality of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of National Education (in PDF).
