Job Responsibilities
- Support daily operation security & safety risk management.
- Administrate and operate aspects of the Safety and Security risk management matter in support of the department task.
- Assist in supporting document incident and accident risk which occurs in working area/filed of company asset.
- Administrative and operate aspects of the Security Risk Management Department in support of the Security Risk Management Manager North Sumatra.
- Prepare reports relate to the Safety and Security matter.
- Ensure that all reports related to safety and security risk management matters are submitted in a timely manner, and that pertinent information is provided to other departments as required.
- Control the existing security guard and make coordination with local military / police, and others related institutions.
- Assist to suggest effective security guard deployment
- Support others department that require security and safety advice
Requirements
- Min. Diploma Degree (D3)
- Min. 1 years experiences working for Operational Security
- Advance in Ms. Office
- Willing to be place in Medan

- Managing day-to-day operations of Siebel Customer Relationship Management
- Managing day-to-day operations of Channel Management System which is a system under Siebel Partner Relationship Management platform
- Managing day-to-day operations of Loyalty Management Suite
- Monitoring integration points between Siebel, Loyalty Management Suite, and other correlated systems as well as escalating the integration issues to the proper Managed Service and Planning teams
- Managing communication of customer-related issues & resolutions with business users

- Providing support on project implementation, including site preparation, commissioning, configuration, testing and integration
- Providing support on product launching implementation
- Involve on system integration, system planning and dimensioning, and performance monitoring
Job Qualifications
- Working experience 2 – 4 years with preferred knowledge on any of these following system such as intelligent network, electronic reload, Post Paid, Mobile Money (eCommerce), roaming services, voice mail, USSD Menu Browsing, Ring Back Tone, SMSC, MMSC, SMSGW, Content Based System, OSS, BSS, etc
- Preferred possess knowledge on any standard protocols (MAP, CAP, ISUP, M3UA, BICC, SIP, RTP, SMPP, Diameter, SOAP, HTTP, etc)
- Possess knowledge or experienced on OS such us UNIX, LINUX, and database such as Oracle, Informix, MySQL, others
- Excellent oral and written communication in English and inter-personal skills capable
- High academic achievements preferred to have > 3.0 scale 4
