Dispacth & Material Management TL - Maloko, Bogor
Responsibilities
  • Scope of works:
    • The position required to organize and supervise all activities: Aggregates dispatching, material management, sales support, quarry reporting as well as and manage cash sales for Maloko Quarry. Its includes preparing daily, weekly and monthly report of production, sales and stock of material or product.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor or Diploma in any disciplines
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years experience in working in administration;
    • accounting, sales or Customer care
  • Computer literacy:
    • Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP – SD User
  • Language:
    • Good of English both oral & written
  • Other qualification/ skills:
    • Having knowledge of administration & accounting
    • Honestly
    • Able to make annual budget for section
    • Having good leadership
    • Good interpersonal skill
    • Good negotiation skill
Branding Development Coordinator - Head Office, Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Scope of works:
    • Responsible for building and maintaining brand image which include; developing and implementing marketing concept and strategy
    • To understand the market dynamic and consumers insight relevant to Holcim brands that are used/purchased directly to end users (Homeowner; Mason and retailer)
    • To elaborate the master plan into comprehensive activities plan for Serbaguna bag, Solusi Rumah, and Co-branding brands
    • To ensure on time implementation of initiatives committed
    • To provide periodical monitoring on project handled in order to ensure successful and timely execution
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor degree in Business with specialization in Marketing Management
  • Experience:
    • 2 years experience with brand development/diagnosing brand issue and brand management experience
    • Supervisory/People Management experience
  • Computer literacy:
    • MS Office, Lotus Notes
  • Language:
    • Good command of English, both oral & written
  • Other qualification/ skills:
    • Strong analytical & strategic thinking, strive for learning, and have excellent communication skill
    • Understanding of concepts and principle normally associated with professional or academic qualification or gained through a detailed gaps of involved practice and procedure in this field
    • Interpersonal and Communication skill
