PT BCA Finance was established in 1981 with the name of PT Central Sari Metropolitan Leasing Corporation (CSML). At its inception, the Company's shareholders are PT Bank Central Asia and the Japan Leasing Corporation. At that time the company was still focused on the commercial finance business, such as financing production machinery, heavy equipment and transportation. HR COMPESATION BENEFIT SPECIALIST
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Creating and developing the concept of compensation and benefits.
• Monitoring the implementation of the concepts that have been made regarding the compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

• Male / Female, age maximum 29 years.
• Minimal S1, Department of Economics (Accounting and Management) / Engineering, with GPA min. 3.00
• Having experience in same field at least 2 years.
• Mastering Ms Office, especially Excel.
• Neat, meticulous, energetic and have the communication skills and good analysis.
• High integrity, able to work together in teams and work under pressure.
• Placement at the Head Office (Jakarta).

BUILDING MANAGEMENT STAFF
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male, max. 27 years.
• Fresh Graduate / having work experience max. 1 year.
• S1 Industrial Engineering / Architectural Engineering / Civil Engineering / Interior Design.
• GPA min. 3.00.
• Mastering AUTOCAD into value-added.
• Placement at the Head Office (Jakarta).

IT STAFF
Qualifications:

• Male / Female, age maks.27 years.
• S1 Computer Science / Information Systems.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fresh Graduate / having work experience max. 2 years in the IT field into value-added.
• Mastering IT Infrastructure or Application Programs SQL.
• Placement at the Head Office (Jakarta).

BUSINESS PROCESS STAFF
Qualifications:

• Male / Female, max. 27 years
• Education min. S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems.
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Has a maximum of 2 years work experience.
• Has a power good analysis and understanding of the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).

CREDIT ANALYST STAFF
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male / Female, age max. 28 years.
• Min. S1 majoring in Accounting Economics / Finance, GPA min. 3.00.
• Fresh Graduate / having experience max. 1 year.
• Having work experience as a Credit Analyst in the areas of corporate finance or banking max. 1 year to be a better value.
• Understanding the processes in the field of multi-finance business.
• Have good analytical power.
• Ability to work in teams.
• Placement for the head office (Jakarta).
