
Business Acquisition Manager (Bahasa Indonesian)
Responsibilities:
- Sell Google advertising solutions to new customers over the phone to hit and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
- Generate, prospect and qualify new leads across multiple industry segments. Analyze and match Google solutions to customer requirements.
- Work closely with the client service and industry teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
- Conduct research on the Indonesian advertising market and specific industry sectors to develop sales pitch strategies that capitalize on market potential.
- Provide the ultimate client service by giving potential new customers the attention they need and deserve.
- BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
- At least 1 year of proven track record of successful online or offline sales experience.
- Knowledge of the Indonesian advertising market.
- Exceptionally organised, responsible and with a proven ability to work well with a team.
- Proven technical ability with advanced computer literacy in such areas as web design and development and customer-relationship management (CRM).
- Business-level fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesian.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Indonesian operations, including the development and execution of the overall country strategy.
- Build a sales organization to call upon leading advertisers within Indonesia, driving revenue growth across different verticals
- Build and maintain relations with key agencies and Search Engine Marketers (SEMs).
- Build and develop partnerships that will grow the online marketplace in Indonesia
- Coordinate closely with centralized teams to meet the needs of the market.
- BA/BS degree perferred, MBA a plus.
- Strong sales management experience in technology and/or advertising and/or Internet as well as general management experience.
- Experience in building strategic partnerships and track record of growing a market is preferred.
- Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast growing business environment.
- Strong relationships within the advertising and technology spaces in the region.
- Proven record of strategic development of Fortune 1000 client base.
- Fluent in English and written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Target new Tech or Finance customers and develop strong relationships with clients and their marketing services agencies.
- Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations.
- Collaborate and consult with major customers with the goal of extending relationships, increasing your client and agency base and optimizing their advertising expenditures.
- Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an evangelist at targeted events and conferences.
- Champion new product releases, internally and externally.
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.
- Solid media experience, preferable online, with a good understanding of search.
- Strong sales and deal-closing behaviors. Substantial experience in business development, client relationship and servicing skills, and consultative selling, with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Established network of contacts and considerable sales experience within the Tech or Finance sector.
- Strong ability to mentor account managers in an effort to drive their performance.
- Strong knowledge of Google products such as AdWords.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
