Information Technology Developer (ITD)

General Requirements
  • Male / Female, with age max. 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree, with major in IT, Engineering or Science
  • Having experiences min. 2 years in development and implement the system
  • Excellent interpersonal skill & communication in both Indonesia and English (spoken & written)
  • Familiar with IT system and technical support, would be an advantage
  • Willingly to be relocated in our plant / factory
Technical Requirements
  • Understand about OOP design methodology
  • Advance in .NET framework, API, C#, ASP.net, VB, Java Program and Oracle Database
  • Assisting to deal with system analysis and project management would be an advantage
Internal Audit Staff (IAS)
Requirements
  • Male, max. 27 years old
  • Minimum S1 degree in Accounting or Management GPA min. 3.00 from reputable university
  • Working experience min 2 years in public accounting firm is favorable
  • Showing comprehensive knowledge in auditing system (standards and techniques)
  • Strong understanding in general accounting, tax practices, financial reports & related regulations
  • High integrity, self motivated and result oriented, perseverance and able to work under pressure
  • Well proven in English communication skill (spoken & written) is an advantage
  • Familiar with computer, and understand accounting software which related to the internal auditing system
  • Willingly to be relocated in our plant / factory
Recruitment Officer (RECO)
Requirements
  • Male / Female with max. 30 years old
  • Post Graduated / Master Degree in Psychology especially majoring in Industry and Organization Psychology (PIO) from UI, Unpad, and UGM
  • Familiar with psychological assessment and behavioral interview
  • Working experience in the same area min. 2 years and also has SRIP
  • Showing good interpersonal and communication skill in English (spoken and written)
  • Having a team work spirit and also able to work independently
  • Possess a persistent, industrious, and result oriented
  • Able to use computer such MS Office
  • Willingly to be posted in manufacturing area
Japanese Interpreter Staff (JIS)
Requirements
  • Male or Female with max. 45 years old
  • Education Bachelor degree in Japanese Letters (from reputable university)
  • Have Certified Japanese language proficiency test Min. level 2 (Noryoku Shiken)
  • Have a working experience in Japan min. 2 years is an advantage
  • Having an experience as interpreter min. 3 years in Japanese companies is preferred
  • Showing an excellent communication skill in English (spoken and written)
  • Familiar with office application such as Ms-Office (Word, Excel,Power Point)
  • Willingly to be relocated in our plant / factory
