IQC Operator (Cikarang)
Responsibilities:
  • To minimize lead time of inspection
  • To inspect of materials according to purchase order and standard specification
  • To control inspection records
  • To ensure only goods in accordance with technical spec is passed
  • To ensure the activity comply to Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental requirements
Requirements:
  • Hold min STM Electrical / Mechanical
  • Quality Control
  • Electrical / Mechanical knowledge, Quality inspection rules, Standard for quality control, Standard calibration, SPC
  • Language skill in English and Indonesia, SAP - WM, handling
  • Will be placed in Cikarang

Technical Support Engineer (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • To act at the front line in the company in providing general technical information of Schneider's product especially and to escalate to level 2 Technical service center (if needed) and quick response/answer to customer for products availability, price inquiries and customer order status based on SAP data, also to manage the Customer Complaint and follow up according to the target time up to closed. Most the activity is to support the sales with the objective to increase the customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Hold S1 in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Automation
  • Having min 2 years experience
  • Understand Quality Directive
  • Understand Distributor's contact

Production Line Leader (Cikarang)
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all cell leaders.
  • Monitoring all operators' activities.
  • Follow up material NC, missing/shortage & excess.
  • Control 5S & safety in mcset production line.
  • Achieve production output target.

Requirements:
  • Hold min D3, Majoring in Electrical / Electronics / Industrial engineering.
  • Having experience in production leader min 2 years
  • Fluent in English
  • Male/Female

HR Compensation & Benefit Manager (C & B) (Cikarang)
Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the Company Remuneration Policy is align with the Company Business Strategy. To Support the Organization in The Human Resources Management function, including: Compensation & Benefit, New Employee offering process, Organization Development, and may also include administration. Plan, direct supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to compensation and benefits issues. To supervise Payroll team in HR Payroll database management and suggest ideas in improving the utilization of database to its maximum
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) Management / MIPA / Industrial Engineering or other Social Sciences
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience in same field
  • Familiar with Mercer, and other HR Tools Methodology and practices
  • Fluent in English, both oral & written

SOLUTIONS ENGINEER

Responsibilities :
  • To work closely with the Sales Team in providing technical pre-sales support in relation to the successful selling and installation of technology solutions.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of APC products to fulfill customer needs
  • To provide mission critical facilities consulting and design for the IT, telecoms, financial services and other key industries.
  • To design high quality electrical services OR high quality HVAC, Fire Protection and mechanical services  solutions for building services, critical application such as Data Centres, Command Centres etc to meet customer’s project needs.
  • To ensure that the solution offered for a given project ensures the successful project implementation, compliance to standards and highest customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering is preferred
  • 4-5 years experience, with at least 3 years in a pre-sales role
  • Single or 3-phase power experience is essential
  • Understand visio or Auto-cad skills, basic knowledge of electrical power and air conditioning, basic understanding of business and financial terms such as Capex, Opex, ROI, ROA, etc.
  • Understand some cooling systems experience is preferred and Data Centre - Facilities Management experience an advantage
