- S1 Mining Engineering Department or Engineering Geology
- Understanding and experience of coal mining operations as a supervisor / pit boss
- Able to regulate the placement, cycle time, discipline, and maintain the efficiency of excavators, to achieve the target of daily productivity
- Have knowledge of procedures K3
- Education D3 / S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Engine & Component Overhaul
- Understanding the Administration System Tools & Warehouse Sparepart
- Preferably with experience in planning and supervision of maintenance and trouble shooting equipment in coal mines such as excavator Doosan / Hyundai, dumptruck Mercedes / Volvo, dozer Shantul
- S1 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical
- Experienced Diesel-Generator Set to operate individually or with synchronization to maintain efficiency
- Experience in planning / overhauling maintenance and trouble shooting DG-set Note DG-Set consists of 5 x 125 KVA, 12 x 500 KVA at 400 volt level and 2 x 1.5 MW at the level of 3300 volts to 1050 volts stepped down
- S1 Department of Electrical Engineering Education
- Understand the specifications and drawings of electrical engineering / mechanical
- Experience in installation, maintenance and trouble shooting system and electrical / mechanical like PCC, MCC, lighting, motors, inverters and the other including the control system
- Mastering the system hardware / software PLC (Schneider) are preferred
- S1 Mechanical Engineering Department
- Experienced in the installation, preventive and predictive maintenance and trouble shooting to coal mining equipment such as crushers, conveyors, gear boxes, fluid Couplings, clam shells and other equipment
- Education S1 Law / Psychology / Management from reputable university
- Experienced in the field of HR and employment admisnistrasi
- Extensively knowledgeable in employment legislation is hardworking, mature, good leadership, negotiation skills, confident, fun, honest, fast learner and detail-oriented.
- Education D3/S1
- Understand the laws and regulations of shipping / seaport
- Experienced in unloading shipments at the port
- Experience dealing with the stockpile, conveyor. crew tugboat / barge, crew mooring / unmooring etc.

- Have a certificate of POP / POM preferred
