Project Plan - Jakarta

General Purpose

• To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project budget.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Lead the planning and implementation of project.

Requirement

• Having knowledge and experience minimum 2 years in project management with proven track.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, understand processes, construct project plans and objectives, reporting and identifying risks.
• Minimum S1 (Bachelor Degree) from reputable university.
• Excellent communication in English is a must
• Female preferred, max. 29 years old.
• Be able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
• Having wide networking.

Marketing Executive - Jakarta

Key Role

• Develop and execute a marketing plan and tactics to help achieve the Company’s annual revenue targets
• Provide inspirational leadership to motivate, retain and develop a team of marketing staff
• Create, implement and measure creative product and marketing campaigns
• Build, manage and motivate online communities
• Develop campaigns with the outdoor and telesales teams to increase sales
• Initiate and lead partnership discussions with marketing team
• Create great relationships with the internal teams
• Generate new business ideas and support the development of new products, prices and initiatives working with the sales and product development teams

Requirements

• Preferred Male, max 28 years old
• Bachelor Degree from any background from reputable university
• Fluency in English is a must
• Preferable have minimum 2 years experience in Marketing Trading Business
