MOP0430 – Blaster
Responsibility
- To carry out blasting procedures and handle the movement, storage and use of explosives at the mine site
Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in explosives handling in a large scale open pit mine blasting operation
- Possess Government certified Blasting Certificates
- Possess experience with bulk explosive delivery vehicles
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision
- Knowledge of Government Mining Regulations particularly those relating to use of explosives and environmental issues
- Knowledge of large scale open pit mining operation
POW0083 – Mechanic
Responsibility
- Role in maintain all equipment due to mechanical aspect in the facility. Maintain team in the performance of their duties in the Maintenance Supervisor’s absence. To possesses a wide and varied base of maintenance skills
Qualifications
- Minimum Senior Technical School or equivalent
- 4-5 years of directly related welding experience
- Able do as machinist
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- No physical limitations which prohibit walking, bending, stooping, kneeling or climbing
- Has a history of good attendance
- Desire to be involved maintain all aspects of facility Operation Maintenance
- Effective written and oral communication skills
GEO0030 – Senior Geologist Production
Responsibility
- Manage day to day production related activities including ore control, geologic mapping, polygon release and mine to mill
- Monitor the Ore mine to mill production control and provide a daily basis critical report
- Creating / improve ore control related working procedure
- Provide reconciliation report on biweekly and monthly basis
- Drill core logging and updating geological cross sections
- Perform and maintain communication to other parties
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Geology or Geological Engineering (Indonesia)
- Certified of Competency for Middle Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR
- Master Degree is preferred
- Demonstrates the ability to complete large and complex projects
- Minimum 7 years experience in a grade control environment at large scale mining operation
- Good knowledge and strong experience in sampling, QAQC, MineSight and acQuire software and advance in grade estimation techniques and reconciliation
- Good knowledge and strong experience in stockpile management
- Experience in supervising technical professionals and non-technical staff
