Quarry Manager
(Head Office - Narogong) Closing Date: 25-5-11

Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that the production of crushed Limestone and clay at Quarry can proceed according to set production schedules, and that the operations are carried out safely and comply with statutory requirements. This is achieved through the management and supervision and maintenance of the quarry, heavy equipments, crusher plants, tug boat and barges, unloader and transport in to storage.
  • To contribute to ensuring that the public perception of the Quarry is enhanced by ensuring all operations comply with environmental legislation and PTSC policies & Mining Government regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education :
    • S1 mining/geology
  • Experience :
    • Minimum 10 years in current position,
    • Sertified of Keselamatan Kerja Tambang and Kepala Teknik Tambang
    • Develop technical aspect of opening cut mining/quarrying, material processing and handling/transporting aspect, ship/vessel technical and maintenance, pyro processing operations
    • Supervisory management experience sufficient to provide leadership and encourage high performance from operational personnel
  • Computer literacy:
    • Computer literacy
  • Language :
    • Good command of both oral & written
  • Other qualification / skills :
    • Knowledge of Mine operation and blasting techniques
    • Knowledge of mine equipment selection
    • Knowledge of mining act and regulations/reporting
    • Knowledge of Health and Safety of Mine and Regulations
    • Knowledge of Environment Protection Act and Regulations
    • Sertified of Kursus Keselamatan Kerja Tambang
    • Sertified of Kursus Kepala Teknik Tambang
    • High communication and interpersonal skills

Quarry Superintendent
(Head Office - Narogong) Closing Date: 24-5-11

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to develop & quality control at quarry limestone and clay with making the map, quarry planning, sampling and analyse to produce the condition product
  • Responsible to safety & environmental at quarry limestone
Requirements:
  • Education :
    • Mining degree/bachelor
    • Having certificate for blasting skill
    • Having certificate of quarry planning
    • Having certificate of safety
    • Having certificate of AMDAL
  • Experience :
    • Min. 1 year in current position
    • < 3 years experience for mining degree
    • < 5 years for bachelor
  • Computer literacy:
    • Microsoft office, able to operate the excel, server, autocard & QSO program
  • Language :
    • Good in English both oral & written
  • Other qualification / skills :
    • Knowledge of mining plan, blasting technique, , safety and quarry environment
    • Filing skills, able to sort, record, and retrieve filing
    • Having good personality, & sense of responsibility
    • Able to organize and consolidation with staff, managers and other superintendent
    • Awareness of OHS at the workplace

Territory Sales Officer (TSO Region 3)
(Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:
  • Scope of works:
    • Maintaining and expand cement sales for PTSC in his territory ( meet targets )
    • Provide support for the Regional Superintendent
    • Provide direction to ( distributor ) salesman
Requirements:
  • Education :
    • S1 any discipline, preferable in Civil Engineering
  • Experience:
    • 3 years Sales experience

Responsibilities:
  • Implement business operational system of franchisee (CPM & Franchise Retail) by installing them with Holcim’s Solusi Rumah Management System (especially in Inventory Management System for Franchise Retail and Enterprise Resource Planning for CPM facility). Ensuring Holcim’s Solusi Rumah shop outlets had sufficient knowledge of Solusi Rumah products, services and business model by managing the overall transfer knowledge process and/or training implementation in Solusi Rumah shop outlets all over Indonesia.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree on Accounting, Business Administration, Computer- Accounting
  • A working knowledge with a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience of Accounting/Accounting Software
  • Knowledgeable and/or willing to learn about Accounting Software, banking/financial relations
