Responsibilities
In this position, you will be working closely with Human Capital Strategy and Learning Centre Groups as a liaison with the IT Consultant/Vendor. In the course of work, you will be involved in:
In this position, you will be working closely with Human Capital Strategy and Learning Centre Groups as a liaison with the IT Consultant/Vendor. In the course of work, you will be involved in:
- Analyzing current business process and relevant technology solution to meet business needs
- Acting as a liaison between IT Vendor/ Consultant and SMEs to ensure all business process requirements are fully captured and project is successfully delivered
- Designing and translating the analysis result into functional specification
- Performing testing to ensure all business requirements are captured and configured correctly
- Developing Training Material for TTT (Train The Trainer) and EUT (End User Training) on the respective design
- Delivering TTT and EUT for the respective designs
General Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computing Science/Information Systems or related
- Age max. 35 years
- Good interpersonal, communication, decision-making skills and a responsible attitude
- Team player
Specific Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
- Working knowledge and experience in software development life cycle
- Strong analytical ability and project management skills
- Strong in documentation, quality processes and project execution
- Proficient in MS - Excel
- Knowledge and working experience HRIS web-based technologies, cloud computing and common databases (SQL, MS Access etc.) will be an advantage
