Requirements
- Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university with min. GPA 2,75
- Minimum 3 years as a IT Business Analyst/Project Officer in Banking/Financial Institution
- Have experience in Developing Interface System between different platform
- Understand with treasury/consumer banking application (Credit Card, Debit Card, Switching, Internet Banking)
- Enable to do initial assessment on Business Requirement, Review, Review Functional Specification Document, Over-view Tech Spec Document, User Manual
- Good knowledge in Banking Business Process
- Proactive, self-initiative and able to work under minimum supervision, team work spirit.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Able to communicate with all positions levels
- Hard worker, honest and loyal
- Able to develop program by individual or team
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Summary of Main Responsibilities
- Design and Developing New Requirement and Enhancement Core Banking Applications at M/F
- Maintenance and Manages Core Banking Applications
- Support User (Branches or BU) of Core Banking Applications and Problem Solving
- Support administration of Applications
- Document and report problem and resolutions for future reference

Qualifications
- Diploma III degree in any major with minimum GPA 2.75
- Male/ female
- Minimum 6 months exerience as Customer Service
- And additional technical and administrative experience in customer service
- Having integrity, self confidence, attractive and thorough
- Able to work in teams and have good communication skills
- Able to communicate in English

- In an effort to improve the performance of the Consumer Banking business in Indonesia, we open the opportunity for the sons and daughters of the best to follow the ODP (Officer Development Program) for Consumer Banking. ODP is a program that offers accelerated career development. With the training over the past 12 months, you will then be assigned as Asssitant Manager at BII branches.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree in any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Maximum 26 years old (S1) and 29 years old (S2)
- Target oriented
- Posses good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Test will be held in: Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang/ Yogyakarta and Eastern Indonesia
