PT Indobara Bahana was established on 1974 to fulfill the Indonesian Market for reliable and quality pump and in line with the growing and building of Indonesia’s physical development. During the period of 1968 – 1970 the brand “EBARA” was launched and continuously grow up until now as well known pump in Indonesia. Currently the company expanded their business not only as pump dealer, but also as Distributor, Engineering, Procurement and Contractors. Customer Relation Officer ( CRO )
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sales administration support activity, handling complain, monitoring payment and invoicing.
Qualifications:
  • Male / Female (25 – 30 years old); Minimum 1 year experience as CRO / CSO / Sales Admin (preferably from engineering company).
  • Degree holder from Engineering, Economic, IT with min GPA. 2.75.
  • Having knowledge in data based management & CRM (preferably)
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office)
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
  • Having customer focus and able to maintain customer or client from the segments of commercial, industry, and government.
Product Marketing
for Water Pump/Electro motor, Fire & Safety, Environment
Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for the achievement of optimum sales target of each principal; develop principals’ sales strategy according to organization’s vision & mission.
  • Perform a range of activities to effectively market assigned products, such as conducting market research; overseeing product development and design; setting prices; launching new products; overseeing advertising campaigns; and monitoring sales performance.
  • Maintain good relationship with principals; ensure implementation of principals’ programs in sales activity; negotiate with principals’ for sales target; understand business potential & competition of each principal & seek business opportunity for them.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products.
Qualifications :
  • Male/Female; Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Product Marketing/Product Specialist for pump, electro motor, fire active, fire passive protection safety, environment water treatment,  and corrosion coating protection.
  • Bachelor Degree from Engineering preferable from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, & Chemical Engineering and Master degree for Marketing / Commercial with min GPA 3.00.
  • Have relevant skill or experience in oil & gas /petrochemical /mining /power plant/IT Telecommunication Banking /commercial and industrial construction/ state owned enterprise (BUMN), ministry, local provincial government (Pemda) related with the experience in Pumps/Rotating Equipment/Fire Protection, Safety, Security & Environmental Solution.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Good presentation skill and negotiation.
Sales Executive
Qualifications :
  • Male/Female (single and max 30 years old).
  • Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, & Chemical Engineering, Management, Communication with min GPA 3.00.
  • Experience 2-3 years in sales (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Interested in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Good presentation skill, communicative, and negotiation.
