General Affair Staff
Requirements:

• Male
• Min Diploma Degree (D3) preferably from Civil Engineer / Construction
• Max 28 years old
• Min 2 years experience
• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta and willing to work in night shift
• Computer literate (MS Office)

Specific Requirements:

• Having experience in the maintenance  of existing equipment in the buildings / buildings or facilities that are outside the building.

Recruitment Supervisor
Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Min S1 from reputable university majoring Psychology.
• Age Max 32 years old.
• Experiences Minimum 2 years in the same position as Recruitment Supervisor
• Willing to work in Purwakarta
• Good command in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership and managerial skill, ability to work under pressure, good analytical and good communication skill.

Specific requirements :

• Understanding for recruitment process such as: searching & selecting candidate, interviewing and negotiating of benefit.
• Having experience to conduct psychological test and make conclusion.

Human Resources Manager
Requirements:

• Male
• S1 from reputable university ( preferable in Law )
• Age Max 40 years old.
• Experiences Minimum 3 years in the same position as HR Manager
• Willing to work in Purwakarta
• Good command in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership and managerial skill, ability to work under pressure, good analytical and good communication skill.

Specific requirements :

• Understanding for all human resources activity such as: Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Appraisal, Promotion, etc.
• Having experience to negotiate with Labor Union related with industrial relation issues.
