Tax Analyst - Jakarta
Job Description
  • Prepare and submit montly tax payment and report withholding tax and VAT.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax and Oil & Gas regulations.
  • Assisting Team Lead in handling tax controversy and litigation matters.
  • Assisting Team Lead in providing tax advices to Company's affiliates in Indonesia.
  • Review and submit information for tax audits or other external party's requests.
  • Conduct reserach on various tax issues and assist in selecting tax planning opportunities.
  • Support Team Lead on any tax advisory services for all ExxonMobil affiliates in Indonesia.
  • Support Team Lead to liaise with Tax Office and any other Government institution.
  • Ensure implementation of safety procedure in the working environment.
Requirements of Candidate
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or Fiscal.
  • Minimum 5 (five) years working experience in related area.
  • Strong and deep knowledge of Indonesia Tax Law and Compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills and result oriented.
  • Holding Brevet A and B certificates would be preferable.
  • Experience with SAP application, would be preferable.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Able to work successfully in a changing environment and meet tight deadlines.

Tax Team Lead - Jakarta

Job Description
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and monitor any development on tax regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Oil and Gas regulations (monthly C&D tax, etc).
  • Coordinate the team in handling tax controversy and litigation matters.
  • Coordinate the team in providing tax advices to all ExxonMobil affiliates in Indonesia.
  • Review and submit information for tax audit or other external party's requests.
  • Conduct research on various tax issues and assist in selecting tax planning opportunities.
  • Conduct monthly calculation and payment of C&D Tax.
  • Review monthly tax payment and return on VAT.
  • Review annual Corporate income tax return.
  • Review tax accounting reconciliations.
  • Ensure implementation of safety procedure in the working environment.
Requirements of Candidate
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or Fiscal.
  • Minimum 8 (eight) years working experience in related area.
  • Strong and deep knowledge of Indonesia Tax Law and Compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills and result oriented.
  • Able to lead a team and willing to be an effective team player.

Engineer - Experienced (Jakarta)
Job Description :
  • Subsurface Engineer :responsibilities will include planning and executing wellwork to ensure optimized well performance and depletion of oil and gas fields
  • Facilities Surveillance Engineer : responsibilities will include conducting surveillance and optimizing plant and facilities performance for the processing of oil and gas
  • Project Engineer: responsibilities will include designing and executing modifications which ensured enhanced performance of oil and gas plant and processing facilities.
  • Corrosion Engineer: responsibilities will include executing inspection programs, analyzing, surveillance data and designing maintenance programs to protect wells and facilities from corrosion.
  • Electrical, Instrument and Machinery Engineer: responsibilities will include developing programmatic expertise to support optimum performance of oil and gas processing equipment.
  • Reservoir Engineer: responsibilities will include optimizing oil and gas recovery using state-of-art reservoir surveillance and simulation tools.
  • Drilling Engineer / Completions Engineer: responsibilities are to assure application of the best available economical technology in drilling and completion operations. The incumbent will also responsible in well cost estimates, surveillance and improvement of daily progress, equipment selection and application, follow-up assessment and providing rig site technical assistance to Drilling Supervisor during critical well control situations or for abnormal pressure detection.

Requirements :
  • University Degree on Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Civil, Materials, Metallurgical, Electrical and Physics Engineering
  • More than 3 (three) years working experience in related area.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
