Responsibility
- The job holder is responsible to support customer’s queries on all Cash Management products, in particular electronic services, e.g. HSBCnet, HSBC connect, e-Tax plus, virtual account, cheque outsourcing and lockbox, etc, in an effective, efficient and timely manner.
- The job holder will also be responsible in daily operational duties in managing his/her account-portfolio, understand the account management not only in resolving client issues, but also proactively maintaining client relationship in order to spot deep sell opportunity and ultimately increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Hold minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in any related discipline with outstanding achievements
- Has a minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in customer facing environment.
- Has a good knowledge of Cash Management products, Banking operations, systems (HUB) and procedures.
- Excellent computer knowledge and skills (Microsoft Office application). Knowledge in database, such as Ms. Access is a plus.
- Has a pleasant personality/interpersonal skills, service-excellent, intra-pruner and proactive minded.
- Good network within internal support functions.
- Excellent team player with good time management.
- Good command in Bahasa Indonesia and English, spoken and written.
AM Commercial Banking (Code: JS AM CMB - CBA 11) - Jakarta

Requirements
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting from a reputable university
- Has a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in corporate banking or other financial services sector
- Has strong verbal and written English
- Possess a pleasant personality and able to work with a team
- Possess commercial acumen, marketing orientation and strong self-motivation
- Possess good communication and analytical skills
- Has a strong drive to succeed
- Demonstrates a high degree of credibility and integrity
