Plant Maintenance Supervisor - Bengkulu
Responsibilities:

• Reporting to site project manager as direct supervisor and plant superintendent as dot line reporting
• Accountable to plan and coordinate the repair and service of equipment according to Plant Department policies and procedures to ensure availability targets and budgets are achieved
• To lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding perfomance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• recognised industry Trade Qualifications with minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in a same role at a mine site
• sub contractor and employee supervision
• experienced with caterpillar, komatsu, and other OEM’s products
• planning of mechanical repair and have previously worked to budget
• possess excelent communication skills
• written and verbal english and computer lliterate
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors.
• willing to work in site (tanjung dalam, bengkulu; rantau kloyang, jambi)
• Full-Time positions available.

Plant Planner and Admin Site - Bengkulu
Responsibilities:

• reporting to project manager as direct supervisor and plant superintendent as dot line reporting
• responsible to develop maintenance planning and schedule
• develop plant process as a maintenance procedure
• develop and manage PM Service schedule
• purchase request coordination with plant admin and procurement at head office Jakarta
• monitor the parts availability with the OEM’s or vendor
• coordination with plant engineer to develop plant process and procedure
• manage parts and fuel inventory coordination with plant admin head office

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• experienced with caterpillar, komatsu, and other OEM’s products
• excellent communication skills
• written and verbal english and computer literacy
• having good ability
• willing to work at job site (tanjung dalam, Bengkulu; rantau kloyang, Jambi; Melak, kalimantan timur)
• Preferably Senior Staffs.
• Full-Time positions available.
