General Requirement
- Priority is male
- GPA ≥ 3.00 (grade 4)
- Interest in MOTORCYCLE world
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Good health (will be medical check)
- No color-blind
- Computer skill (Office, CAD)
- Fluent in Japanese will be an advantage
- Riding motorcycle skill will be an advantage
Position: Design (R&D DES)
- Requirements: Mechanical Engineering or Electronical Engineering
- Responsibilities: Develop new feature and new model based on market & regulation requirement
- Activities: Create component/part design's, Make prototype component, Anaysis component function, Create the drawing
Position: Testing (R&D TEST)
- Requirements: Mechanical Engineering or Electronical Engineering
- Responsibilities: Verify new feature and new model based on market & regulation requirement
- Activities: Component/part by part function test, Component/part by part durability test, Unit motorcycle function test, Unit motorcycle durability test
Position: Coloring (R&D COL)
- Requirements: Product Design or Graphic Design, able to use Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Responsibilities: Create new coloring & graphic (C&G) based on market requirement
- Activities: Coloring trend survey, Create new C & G concept, Create new C & G design, Assist durability & weather-ability test, Assist production preparation
Position: Product Planning (R&D PPD)
- Requirements: Any major background
- Responsibilities: Create new model paln based on market requirement
- Activities: Mass survey of M/C user, New model evaluation survey, Create new model concept, Create new model request to Designer, Observe general trend in the world
Position: Homologation (R&D HOM)
- Requirements: Any major background
- Responsibilities: Create, response & verify to the goverment regulation
- Activities: Communicate with goverment Officer, Observe world M/C - regulation trend, Negotiate regulation, Fulfill M/C test by goverment regulation, Support association activities
