Accessories Planning Staff (Code: APS) - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for making accessories proposal
  • Cooperate with other related department to assure each accessories can be introduced on time
  • Making analysis report of accessories sales
  • Making life cycle plan of each model together with Product Planning by utilizing accessories and conversion business
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00, major in Engineering.
  • Preferably fresh graduate
  • 22 - 24 years old.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Has interest and knowledge in automotive
  • Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, fast learner and accuracy.
  • Has good communication skill & able to work as team.

Field Quality Improvement Staff (Code: FQI) - Jakarta

Responsibilities
  • Collect field information and incident parts
  • Prioritize the issues and request countermeasure
  • Supply C/M information to the field
  • TR Issue to each sourcing
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering.
  • Has experience 1 years in similar field, preferably from automotive company (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Male, 22-27 years old.

Responsibilities
  • To handle Genba Dojo curriculum activities
  • To enhance and coordinate Kaizen initiatives
  • To handle any NC/training related activities in plant

Requirements
  • Age between 23-27 years old.
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university with technical or educational background with GPA min. 3.00 from 4.00 scale.
  • Has experience max. 2 years in similar field (as an instructor), fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Has interest in automotive and teaching ability
  • Willing to travel

Requirements
  • Willing to be trained at Thailand for several months
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Automotive, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Preferably have experience in manufacturing (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Single, 22-26 years old.
  • Understand automotive parts and can read technical drawing will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written. (TOEIC score > 500 )
  • Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure.
