Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Department by providing professional service to customers in order to meet customer’s requirements and satisfaction
- Responsible in purchase order administration
- Responsible in delivery scheduling
- University background any disciplines
- 2 years experience in the similar position
- Good command of English language (spoken and written)
- Have experience with BPCS system will be advantageous
- Microsoft office computer skills
- Willing to work at Cibitung
- 1 year contract base with possibility to be permanent staff

- Achieve the sales target
- Monitor collection to ensure customer pay on the schedule
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 2 years of working experience in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Assist sales by creating, processing design according to customer need
- Design all marketing materials and media advertisement
- Design and colour presentation to customer
- Dealer visit
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design visual communication
- 2 years experience in similar position
- Good presentation skill
- Able to operate Photoshop, AutoCAD, Adobe illustrator, 3-D Max, & Corel draw
- Familiar with digital marketing
Responsibilities:
- To identify potential customers, make appointment, through effective mapping techniques to ensure target number and quality of sales will be achieved.
- Analyzing existing customer, product sales performance, sales growth potential, strength and weakness, provide timely feedback on competitor activities.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command in English (able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage).
- Good presentation skill.
- Willing to travel all around Indonesia.
Credit Controller Manager
Responsibilities:
- Maximizing collection as per credit term in the agreement
- Evaluate, analyse, and create new credit approved customers
- Set a credit limit and credit term for new customers
- Manage DSO in line with requirement
- Find out solution for customer with payment problem and take action
- Liaise & assist panel solicitors on litigation and bad debts recovery
- Bachelor degree of Finance, Law, or Administration from reputable University
- 7 years experience in credit control management & legal system with 5 years experience in managerial level
