Responsibilities
- To ensure all Card Business Marketing Programs, Process & Activities comply with all prevailing policies, including regulatory.
- To ensure the process flow from both side sales and operation are comply with Citibank Standard Policy & Procedure.
- To ensure products / programs process to avoid complaint.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- Has min. 2 years experiences as Auditor or Compliance Officer, preferably in banking or insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Fluent in English and good communication skill.
