Petrosea has been involved in the development of Indonesia s considerable oil & gas, mining and infrastructure industries. Petrosea is also operating in Southeast Asia Region with some challenging projects. Currently, we are seeking highly competent and calibrated people to fill in the following positions:

Provide/ perform applications for the permits, licences, certificates, authorisations, and other approvals that the organisation needs to conduct its business activities; and produce, sell, and distribute its goods and services. These may include product licences, manufacturing, import and export permits. Prepare and coordinate registration and development of trademarks for the organization s range of products.
  • Min. Bachelor degree majoring in Law.
  • Min. 2 years experience in relevant field.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Good computer skill especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with government regulations,handling permits and licenses, good knowledge of company licenses (such as TDP, SIUP/IUT, SKT, APIT, Masterlist, etc).
  • Good understanding in handling the regular reporting to the government (such as BKPM and ESDM quarterly report, etc).
  • Maintain and monitor the company licenses, permits and association certificates.
  • Communicate regularly with federal regulators and ensure company policies strictly adhere to statutory requirements.
  • Assist the area in relation to processes of product qualification and certification with government regulatory agencies.
  • Preparing submissions of licenses and renewals as requested to ensure all company licenses, permits and association certificates are complete and up to date.
  • Monitoring and setting timelines for license renewal and approvals.
  • Prepare and submit the regularly report such as:
    - BKPM report (such as LKPM report, etc) as required.
    - ESDM report as required.
    - Salvage report.
    - Monthly activities report.
    - Etc.
  • Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company s quality system.
  • Maintain the regulatory file systems to assure clear traceability.
  • Bachelor degree major in Information Technology from a reputable university.
  • Min. 2 (two) years of demonstrated work experience in the same field.
  • Advance knowledge in Windows XP/Vista/7.
  • Good understanding in Windows File/Print NTFS Permission and Folder Sharing.
  • Good understanding in Corporate IT Infrastructure and Corporate IT Security.
  • Good knowledge in Dell/HP server, blade, and tape backup hardware.
  • Good knowledge of McAfee or Sophos Antivirus client.

  • Willing to provides 24/7 on-call production support and escalations for hardware, operating system or communication problems associated with system supported by group.
  • Willing to be placed in all company s site locations (in Kalimantan).
  • Monitor and maintain site IT system and infrastructure in order to maintain IT operation compliance with :
    - Existing ISO.
    - Microsoft Operation Framework (MOF).
    - IT Governance Common Standards.
    - IT Control Objectives for Sarbanes-Oxley.
    - IT Security.
  • Conduct daily / morning check / monitoring of site s file / print server, server / blade hardware, backup jobs and antivirus system and logs the result on a dedicated ICT Portal site to ensure stable and greater reliability.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of site s file/print server, server/blade hardware, backup jobs and antivirus system in order to meet SLA requirements.
  • Conduct trends system incidents in recognizing problems, provide research, isolation, resolution and follow up to ensure all problems are fully corrected.
  • Maintain document backup report/log, patches and service pack update on a dedicated IGS portal site and periodically test backup in order to ensure reliability.
  • Develop and review appropriate system documentation and reporting for:
    - Site / Project file & print server.
    - Site / Project server, blade, tape backup.
Control, manage and supervise logistic activities from order process to material arrival in order to provide support for company in term of deliver a good practice to the Supply Chain Management process which conform to business ethics and company s procedure.
  • Min. Bachelor Degree preferably from Engineering.
  • Min. 8 years experiences in Logistics & warehouse, preferably from Mining industry.
  • Requires travel to Project Locations as required.

  • Control and monitor overall packing and transport handling process to ensure handling process are meet the safety requirements and as per standard procedures.
  • Administer and report all repair for light vehicle or light trucks or forklift, also cost for repaired in order to be reviewed and appraises by the Equipment manager.
  • Coordinate and liaise with customs/import staff for any issue related with import materials to ensure all customs or import matters all well managed.
  • Monitor and control the company warehouse efficiency. Material Requisition vs Purchase Order cross checking, Cargo control, packing design, container loading to ensure warehouse system and procedure are adherence.

Develop, monitor and provide continuous improvement of all of the asset management group to ensure the compliancy through the internal audit program and enhance awareness of quality within company in term of maintain company s quality certification.

  • Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in engineering.
  • Good knowledge on Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
  • Develop a Contamination Control database which will monitor and improve CC practices on the sites.
  • Develop people on the sites to conduct regular audits and measurements of CC items.
  • Maintain a database of all workshop facility designs, infrastructure and standards so future workshops follow a set criteria and design format.
  • Develop a Continuous Improvement process for all of the asset management group, expose the group to best practices and assist with implementation through site champions and administration of the CI & BP programs.
Review, analyse, monitor and control Quality Assurance Test Plan for the Operation System in related Quality Management System to enable the organization to sustain its operations and implement all necessary actions and the actions required.

  • Understand and involve in maintaining ISO 9001 Certification.
  • Experience in operating system, verifying the functionality, evaluate impact of system.
  • Develop a Quality Assurance Test Plan for the Operating Systems that support the process within Quality management System.
  • Monitor the Quality Assurance Test Plan and provide the feedback and necessary actions for the systems improvement.
  • Review and align the Quality Management System a with relevant Operating Systems.
  • Support the follow- up of the audit findings which related with the performance of Operating System.
Oversee and participate in the design, management, and administration of recruiting, hiring, and employment program to the conformance of company philosophies, time requirement and business objectives.
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology, preferably Psychologist profession.
  • Min 3 - 5 (three to five) years experiences in recruitment and staffing, especially in mining industry.
  • Good command in English, both verbal and written.
  • Deep knowledge in company s / mining business process.
  • Good in analytical and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel to all sites time to time.
  • Review and clarifies personnel requisitions as to budgeted manpower and job requirements.
  • Conduct Job Evaluation process for each position, that been requested, using International Position Evaluation (IPE) system by Mercer, in order to determine band, level and position class for each title/positions.
  • Oversee and participate in the contracting and coordination of employment agencies involved in the placement of temporary employees.
Ensure cost control process is running in daily basis, review budget and control cost/expenditure status, prepare forecasting process in regular basis and secure company profitability.
  • Bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical/Mining engineering.
  • Min. 6 years experiences in mining projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Financial Management System (budgeting, costing, forecasting).

  • Ensure that cost is within/under budget and prepare good explanation for exceptional condition.

Plan, control and monitor mining operation performance and liaise with Project Managers to foster an efficient mining operation through competent Technical & Engineering skills and disciplines.
  • Strong capability / exposure to mine planning software (Surpac, MineScape & XPAC).
  • Min 8 years experience and Bachelor degree in mining engineering.
  • Prepared to be based in remote locations, as required.
  • Excellent communication both in English and Indonesian.
  • Outstanding analysis skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Ensure all mine plans are completed in accordance with the mining contract terms and conditions.
  • Relieve for the Project Manager while they are on leave in order to lead mining operations.
  • Monitor mining operation performance and liaise with the Project Manager and site engineering staff to foster efficiencies through competent Engineering services skills and disciplines.
  • Audit the project engineering departments to ensure quality systems, procedures and resources are effectively implemented.
  • Manage the collation of the site Project Monthly Report (PMR) templates and MIS targets and review daily, weekly and monthly production and cost information in order to seek business improvement initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor technical support staff in order to make them understand and manage the technical implications within contracts and in readiness for assuming more responsibility.
Plan, coordinate and monitor training implementation in Asset Management to ensure training implementation in Asset Management department are effective, conform with training needs analysis and allocated budget.
  • Willing to travel to all company s project locations.
  • Min. bachelor degree in any major.
  • Good English & Computer literate.
  • Min 5 years exp with operation training as trainer in mining.
  • Has strong exposure as a trainer for mining operation on project.
  • Has proficient knowledge about the mining process, from feasibility studies to mining services (pit to port).
  • Able to create own module / syllabus for sustainable program (Petrosea property right).
  • Provide development of training programmes by liaising with Section / Project / Department Managers in order to discuss training needs for the coming year and ideal scope of training support requested.
  • Develop training budget for Mining Department and submit the budget to Mining General Manager for review and approval.
  • Prepare and establish training schedule to ensure training schedule is updated with any incidental training and/or vendor free training as required.
  • Review training program requirements in order to allocate internal and/or external resources to all programs in training schedule.
  • Develop training evaluation methodology and conduct quarterly training effectiveness review based on trainer and manager evaluations and for submission to Mining General Manager to ensure training effectiveness.
