Purchasing Staff (Jakarta)
Requirements:

  • Male, maximum 26 years old, single
  • Minimum D3 Graduated from Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from reputable
  • University
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good literacy in English both oral and written
  • Good interpersonal, communication skill, and negotiation skills
  • Good teamwork and result orientation
  • Posses driving license (SIM C)

Front Desk Staff (Jakarta)
Requirements:
  • Female, maximum 26 years old, single.
  • Minimum D3 Graduated.
  • Personable, healthy, pleasant in appearance and be positively minded.
  • Good hearted nature to love and care for others, putting others before self, always humble and likes to serve
  • Pleasant personality with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Understand about administration, filing and English correspondence
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English is a must

Payroll Staff (Karawang)
Requirements:
  • Female, maximum 27 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting Computerize, Economic Management or equivalent from a reputable university
  • At least 1-2 years experiences in the same field
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Have ability to handle many details with high degree of accuracy and have excellent administrative and organizational skill
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Good knowledge of taxation and good command of written and spoken English
  • Able to work in a team as well as individual
  • High motivated, fast learner, and responsible
  • Having certification Brevet A/Brevet B is preferable

Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to Business Development Manager, he/she shall be responsible with overall brand management of new products; achieve sales target and profit margin; .
  • Responsible with overall product marketing strategy.
  • Responsible in maintaining the product profit and loss (P&L), coordinating with R&D and other respective departments in order to improve the product gross margin
  • To manage new product development (NPD) and product launching. Coordinate with R&D, production and other respective departments during the launching program.
  • To develop and coordinate with advertising agency and activation agency to launch marketing campaigns.
  • Implementing all above the line and below the line activities as planned in Marketing Strategy.
  • Actively perform market research in order to understand consumer behavior and feedback from consumers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree (all fields, preferably from food technology and engineering), a graduate degree will be an advantage.
  • At least 3 years experience in marketing management for FMCG or pharmaceutical business, preferably with experience in managing a market leader product
  • Able to work in cross-functional way, coordinating with sales department, R&D, production, purchasing, finance department, etc.
  • Strong project management, and time management
  • Solid communication skills, having exposure in international environment.
  • Good command in English (spoken and written) is a compulsory.
  • Good presentation skill
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Demand Planner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting Computerize, Computer Science/ Management Information System/or equivalent from a reputable university
  • Male, maximum 27 years old.
  • Having experiences 3 years in the same field
  • High proficiency in Spreadsheet Window Excel (Advance) and Database Ms Access
  • Have ability to handle many details with high degree of accuracy and have excellent administrative and organizational skill
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Familiar in using SAP System SD & MM
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Able to work in a team as well as individual
  • High motivated, fast learner, and responsible
  • Fresh graduated are welcome
