Responsibility:
Manage & coach the compliance, reclamation, monitoring and business planning functions of the Environment Department in accordance with the commitments specified in the Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans. Corporate/Regional objectives and all applicable Government of Indonesia regulatory and permit obligations. Accountable for the execution of plans/projects in each of these functions and responsible for the training and development of senior staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a 4-year college degree in environmental and/or science related field
- Ten (10) years experience in program development to collect data pertaining to regulatory monitoring requirements with an emphasis on regulatory programs within the mining industry
- Experienced in environmental compliance and management within the mining (similar) industry
- Experienced in conducting multiple media environmental sampling and monitoring
- Management and supervisory experience with emphasis on training, staff development and budgetary management
- Strong oral and technical written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Degree (S1) in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent
- Experience with telephone systems and installation
- Intermediary level of skill in written and spoken English
- Knowledge and skills in customer service
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science or related field is required
- Minimum 1 year experience as programmer
- Fluency in English language is essential and knowledge of Indonesian language is desirable
Qualifications:
- B.S (S1) in Computer Science or related field with 10 years experiences managing major application projects
- Experience in application development lifecycle
- Good knowledge about enterprise software and SOA including Biztalk 2010 and Sharepoint 2010
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to official project timelines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
- Must be organized, have an eye for detail and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English language is essential and knowledge of Indonesian language is desirable
Qualifications:
- Tertiary education (Bachelor Degree) in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Operation support related position, preferably in a large IT industry
- Good knowledge of IT Project Management and Project Management Framework
- Strong knowledge of Networking technologies, Network Architecture, Network Protocols, Network Layers, Internet, Intranet, Proxy Server, SNMP, DHCP, DNS and Email Systems
- Strong team leadership skill, ability to communicate, motivate and supervise staffs
- Ability to cope and thrive in high pressure and deadline oriented project environment
- Experience in planning, strategy and business process and methodology development
- Ability to clearly communicate concept, ideas and think strategically
- Strong results orientation, high energy focus with good business judgment
- Excellent oral and written presentation and communication

PTS0005 - CHIEF METALURGIST
Qualifications:
- A tertiary degree in Metallurgy or relevant engineering discipline and a minimum of 10 years in the mining and mineral processing industry in a supervisory level position is essential
- Certified of Competency for Middle Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR
- Proven knowledge of mineral processing, particularly in grinding and base metals benefications techniques is essential
- Proven track record in technical project evaluation, management and control is essential
- Highly developed problem solving, analytical thinking and creative thinking skills are essential
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are essential. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability or willingness to acquire good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia language
- Technical knowledge of mining/processing process and systems
- Broad understanding of geology, mining and processing technical issues and operating processes/systems
