PT Meares Soputan Mining is developing the Toka Tindung Gold Project in North Sulawesi. Application are invited for the following positions :

Senior Rehabilitation Officer
Main Duties :

• To work with senior supervisor team to maximize the profit
• Prepare rehabilitation plan covered location, large area, time schedule and personnel and cost
• Prepare type of rehabilitation, required material needed and equipment needed.
• Report progress of rehabilitation timely, weekly and monthly.
• Prepare standard operation procedure of rehabilitation
• Prepare schedules and training subordinate the correct rehabilitation system.
• Minimize the negative effect of activities on the environment and ensure the area will be left in sustainable condition after company activities have ceased.
• Provide a safe and healthy working environment for all toka employees, contractors and visitors by making employees responsible for working safely and encouraging others to follow site safely rules.
• Complete quarterly RKL/RPL reports

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years experience on this position with engineering background

Occupation Health & Safety Superintendent
Main Duties :

• This position a shared accountability to lead and integrate OH&S Processes to optimize OH &S performance to achieve the standards and targets established for the Project and an individual accountability  to provide technical support to the Project in all OH & S matters.
• Change the workforce culture with respect to OH &S
• To identify and champion changes to the OH & S Management System to drive continuous improvement
• To provide support and initiatives to ensure OH &S process are understood and operating practices do not result in employee illness or injury
• Ensuring that people have the competence and capability to achieve performance target safely
• Ensure that the organizational culture facilities continuous improvement, continuous learning, high involvement and personal accountability and a safe working environment.

Qualifications :

• 5 years post graduate experience in OH & S Management in Mining
• Advances computer skills
• Technical / specialist knowledge OH &S Management System Administration
• Extensive knowledge of Indonesia OH &S regulation

Environmental Superintendent
Main Duties :

• Plan schedule and direct environmental Management activities and resources
• Maintain the Environmental Management System
• Management, analysis & presentation of environmental data
• Any related join with environmental

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years experience in environmental superintendent position
• Degree Environmental Science / Engineering
• EMS Auditor
• Very good oral and written English communication skill

Exploration Geologist
Main Duties :

• Assist in the planning and implementation of exploration programs over the project from the near-mine environment out to satellite targets within the company’s CoWs in a safe, cost effective and environmentally compliant manner.
• Documentation and log sheets accurately completed, maps regularly updated and all correctly filed.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years experience in exploration/development of hydrothermal
• Working knowledge of computer applications (Word, Exel, MapInfo, Geosoft)
• Good communication English skills both written and oral
