Quality Assurance - Jakarta

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
• Maximum 30 years old
• Experienced in student organization
• Understanding basic of Human Resources Management, especially HR Audit
• Minimum 2 years experience as Quality Assurance
• Having knowledge about ISO 9001:2008 standard
• Computer literate (MS Office)

Pelaksana Kompetensi & Asesmen - Jakarta

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology (Industrial and Organizational Psychology)
• Having good administration skills
• Having a basic knowledge about competency and assessment
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel)
• Having a good working resistance (endurance)

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in same field
• Experienced in financial industry especially as a Sales/ Marketing in banking or insurance institution
• Able to cunduct training program ranging from TNA, curriculum, modules until the evaluation
• Having NLP certificate or other training certificates prefered
