Industrial Relation Coordinator
- This Industrial Relation Coordinator position will have the primary responsibility to ensure that overall Company’s activities in compliance with the applicable government regulations. To be responsible to establish Collective Bargaining Agreement, to manage and handle any labor grievance, issue, claim and dispute in proper, effective and efficient manner and in compliance with pertinent regulations, to manage third party contracts to support Company operational needs, to prepare periodical reports along with statistical figures for use by management in decision making, to represent Company in discussions and meetings with government agencies (BPMigas, Migas, and Manpower Department) and with COPI Labor Union, to manage organization structure changes and employee movement processes.
Required & Preferred Skills/Competencies
- Holds a bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university.
- At least 7 years of extensive experience in industrial relation, preferably in oil and gas industry.
- Good understanding of manpower laws.
- Previous experience in establishing Collective Labor Agreement, including to lead Company team in negotiation with the Labor Union, to evaluate and ensure its implementation to be aligned with pertinent regulations issued by the government.
- Previous experience in managing and handling any labor grievance, issue, claim and dispute in proper, effective and efficient manner and in compliance with pertinent regulations.
- Previous experience in managing organization structure changes and employee movement processes, such as: re-organization, promotion, rotation and re-patriation etc.
- Previous experience in tender process and managing third party contracts to support Company operational needs.
- Possesses sufficient exposure in dealing with government agencies such as BP Migas, Migas, and Manpower Department.
- Must have strong leadership and project management skills as well as influencing skills
- Must be able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Indonesia verbally and in writing
- Good analytical and decision making skills.
Measurement Supervisor
- This Measurement Supervisor position will have the primary responsibility to be technical authority within COPI for all measurement issues and owner of the COPI measurement standards for all measurement devices.
- Interface with new projects to ensure measurement meets the required standards and is maintainable.
- Interface with the Commercial group to ensure the viability of measurement clauses within COPI contracts.
- To develop the strategies for procuring, operating and maintaining measurement devices and to develop operating expense budgets for ongoing measurement requirements and develops funding rationale for measurement improvements required in existing operations.
Required & Preferred Skills/Competencies
- As a minimum, the candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering with 8+ years experience in oil and gas industry.
- Previous Work Experience in Gas & Liquid Measurement and strong knowledge of all types of Gas and Liquid Measurement in oil and gas operations.
- Strong communication skills and influence skills for establishing measurement standards and measurement procedures within the Business Unit.
- Able to translate procedures & correspondence from Indonesia to English and vice versa.
- The candidate shall have extensive experience in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing work and supervising staff to achieve work goals and objectives. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- He/she must be able to coordinate with engineering, commercial, and operations field personnel to insure accurate measurement results and aligned solutions.
- Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment to deliver results and troubleshoot problems.
- The candidate must also be familiar with government regulation on oil and gas industries and have prior experience generating delivery procedures to meet these government requirements.
