HR DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Requirements :

• Male/Female, max 35 years old
• Hold Bachelor Degree/Master Degree from Psychology is a must (preferably from reputable university)
• Having experience as HR Development min 3 year
• Understand about balanced score card, job analysis, competency, organize event/company magazine
• Good knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Have the ability to handle multiple task, excellent communication skill, strong personality and analytical thinking

HR SENIOR MANAGER
Requirements :

• Female, max 40 years old
• Hold Bachelor Degree from Psychology (preferably having a Master Degree from Marketing)
• Having experience min 10 years in HR
• Good analytical and strategic thinking
• Willing to be placed at Surabaya
