Management Development Program Superintendent (Code : MDPS)
Responsibilities
  • Oversee Management Developement Program management including support the basic competency & leadership/ managerial company development
  • Ensuring all basic competency & leadership/ managerial developement programs are developed & implemented as scheduled (basic value driven, basic skills, supervisory development, leadership developement, executive development)
  • Reviews all existing competency developement program and continue to improve
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management/ Business Administration or in Engineering (Mining/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Geology/ Geotech/ Industrial) or Master Degree (S2) is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory role (mining or engineering industry is an advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in training and developemnt area would be a plus
  • Curriculum development particularly on leadership/ managerial competency
  • Excellent command in English both oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

HR Operations Supervisor (Code: HRSP) - Jakarta
Requirements
  • Male/ female
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in HR field
  • Good knowledge in Assessment Tools
  • Good command in English, both spoken & written

Requirements

HRIS & Payroll Coordinator (Code: HRIS) - Jakarta
Requirements
  • Male/ Female
  • Minimum Diploma degree in Computer Engineering or Informatics
  • Minimum 3 years experiences as Payroll Staff, HRIS Staff or similar position
  • Good knowledge in HRIS, especially in payroll system
  • Good command in English, both spoken & written
  • Good interpersonal skill

Payroll Officer (Code: PO) - Jakarta
Requirements
  • Minimum S1 degree in any major (preferably in Accounting)
  • Minimum 4 years experiences as payroll staff/ compensation and benefit
  • Experience in handling salary survey is an advantage
  • Good command in English, both spoken & written
  • Good interpersonal skill

Accounting Staff (Code: ACCSTAFF) - Jakarta
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
  • Min. 1 year experience in similar position or Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Fluent in English (oral & written)
  • Good interpersonal skill

Librarian (Code: LIB) - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Specialized in administering library
  • Developing library sistem for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Library Management/ Bussiness Administration/ Accounting or Bachelor Degree (S1) in any engineering discipline (Industrial Engineering would be ideal)
  • Min. 2 years in library administration
  • Min. 1 year experience in library for training and development area would be benefit
  • Able to communicate well with all parties
  • Able to develop library system
  • Able to administer using MS. Word or database system for library
