Scope of Works
- To plan, direct, organise, and oversee all production operation activity of the concrete batch plan in franchise operations to achieve budgeted profitability in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure quality meets mix design specifications.
- Coordinate and oversee all expense related with an operational activity
- Education: Min graduate with Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering
- Experience:
- Min. 3 years in technical and production experience in concrete industry
- Good knowledge and experience in Batching Plant (ready mix process )
- Understanding of Batch Plant design
- Understand with concrete product and development
- Understand the business process
- Able to read and interpret technical procedure and specification
- Computer literacy : Computer utilisation for Windows system, software application such as Command Data, Eagle, SAP
- Language : Good in English both oral & written
- Able to problem analysis and solution
- Awareness of OHS at the workplace
- Good team - work
Location: Region 3 (area Jawa Timur )
Scope of Works
- Implement business operational system of franchisee (CPM & Franchise Retail) by installing them with Holcim’s Solusi Rumah Management System (especially in Inventory Management System for Franchise Retail and Enterprise Resource Planning for CPM facility). Ensuring Holcim’s Solusi Rumah shop outlets had sufficient knowledge of Solusi Rumah products, services and business model by managing the overall transfer knowledge process and/or training implementation in Solusi Rumah shop outlets all over Indonesia.
- Education: Bachelor Degree on Accounting, Business Administration, Computer- Accounting
- Experience: A working knowledge with a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience of Accounting/Accounting Software
- Knowledgeable and/or willing to learn about Accounting Software, banking/financial relations

- This position will identify and select market or potential investor in its area, conducted sales pitch and business model presentation, investor assessment, cost renovation analysis, and business development adviser
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Architectural and/ or Civil Engineering or any
- Experience:
- 2 years experience on business development or key account, site supervisor or assistant project manager
- He/ she must able to calculating BOQ and renovation cost analysis
- Has a good presentation, communication and negotiation skill
- Excellence planning, organizing and controlling capabilities
- Team player person and enjoy teamwork
- Has a general insight in retail and/ or consumer business, especially in channel management
- Having driving license (A/C).
- Willing to stay East Java and Bali.

Sourcing Specialist
Location: Jamsostek / Tuban
Scope of Works
- The position is needed as to assist the strategic Sourcing Superintendent in develop and execute sourcing strategy for the company in systematic state-of-the-art procurement way.
- Education: University degree in Economic or Engineering ( Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical ) science
- Experience:
- 2 years experience as a procurement officer at Corporate Procurement Department in PT Semen Cibinong or
- 2 years experience as a Team Member at the area of Accounting, Maintenance, Engineering or Production or
- 2 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company which has more or less the same size as PT Holcim
- Contract drafting and management
- Computer literacy : Excel knowledge to the extent of simple programming and pivot table management
- Language : Fluent English both oral or written
- Procurement and negotiation skills
- Leadership ability to drive cross functional team outcomes
- Problem solving and analytical skill
- Understanding of various process measuring analysers
- Willing to be relocated in those areas.
