Fund Accountant - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  •      Accounting all transaction and funds activities.
  •      Prepare complete financial statement for mutual funds, unit links, insurance funds, pension funds, etc.
  •      Calculate the daily NAV.
  •      NAV report distribution to respective parties.

Requirements

  •      Bachelor's degree, major in Accounting
  •      Minimum GPA of 3.00
  •      Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  •      Having at least 1 or 2 years experience
  •      Fluent in English, both oral and written

CES HR Administration Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Handle on/off-boarding processes that related to HR Administration
  • Liaise with other team within and outside CES that related to the process
  • Liaise with CES counterpart in other country and regional offices
  • Liaise with the respective vendors Work together with HRRM in managing the on-boarding/off-boarding process
  • Ensure that all processes comply as per local law and Citibank policy and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree with with relevant experience in managing team and vendors

Branch Services - Customer Service - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Provide all post sales customer service and handle customer telephone enquiries which include product information, customer complaints, system support, investigation/information request, transaction monitoring, financial and non financial transactions initiation offer prompt, competent and quality customer services which include
  • Diligent analyses of customer enquiries upon receipt
  • Investigate/follow-up with internal suppliers and provide prompt solutions to customers
  • Initiate transaction order from customers (internal transfer, deposit booking, checkbook ordering, etc.)
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Assist in the overall departmental process improvement initiatives
Requirements
  •      Customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •      Minimum 2 years of banking experience, preferably in operations or customer services
