Mandiri Micro Manager (MMM) - Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Sukabumi

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize micro credit unit
• Makes a credit decision based on the authority
• Increasing micro credit portfolio and maintaining its good performance

General Requirements

• Diploma Degree (Bachelor's Degree is preferable) with minimum GPA 2,50
• Age max. 35 years (except for position: 12)
• Excellent communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
• Familiar in using Computer (esp. Ms. Office)

Specifics Requirements

• Minimum 5 years working experience in micro credit (including 2 years leading micro credit unit)
• Hands on management, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill, work well independently as well as with others, energetic, willing to work with challenging target and self-motivated
• Willing to be place in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi and Sukabumi

Relationship Manager (RM) Transactional Banking - Commercial Banking unit all over Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Achieving business target in collect fund and selling transactional banking product (example: cash management, treasury, remittance, trade service/finance) in commercial segment, working together with other team to continuously improve the products and give the better solution to the customers as needed.

General Requirements

• Bachelor degree from reputable university in Engineering (Mining, Industrial, Civil, Chemical), Agriculture, and Economics, Law
• Age max. 35 years
• Excellent communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
• Familiar in using Computer (esp. Ms. Office)

Specifics Requirements

• Minimum 4 years working experience in banking institution and 2 years experience handling Transactional Banking.
• Able to communicate with English and Mandarin (will be an advantage)
• Having a good product knowledge and informal education background in Treasury, Cash Management, Trade finance, Remittance, e-Banking and Structure Finance is preferable
• Willing to be place all over Indonesia
