Responsibilities

• You will be responsible in the area of HR Operation and HR System to optimize the organization's effectiveness. You will also be responsible to build relationship with external parties.
• As an HR Officer, you will be posted in our business industries (automotive, sales operation, agribusiness, infrastructure and heavy equipment) in one of these functions: Remmuneration, Recruitment, Organizational Development, Training, Industrial Relation, General Affairs, Legal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from Psychology / Law / Management / Statistic / Industrial Engineering Major
• Having 1 or 2 years experiences will be an advantage
• Actively involved in organizational activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from Finance / Accounting, mastering accounting and auditing principle
• Actively involve in organizational activities
• Having 1 or 2 years experiences will be an advantage
• Willing to be located throughout Indonesia

Responsibilities

• You will be reponsible in handling various functions such as Press Welding, Assy Painting, Casting, and Machining. You will also be responsible in design into production process and maintain vehicle’s quality to ensure each product is delivered as planned integrating.
• As an Engineer, you will be posted in our business industries (automotive, sales operation, heavy equipment, agribusiness, financial services and infrastructure) in one of these functions: Service, Supply Chain, Plant Engineer, Application Engineer, Parts Sales, After Sales, Manufacturing Spv, Production Engineering Spv, Design Engineer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from any Engineering Major

Responsibilities

• Your main responsibility is to arrange mid-long term product planning which includes line up strategy, volume, and price target. Besides, you will be responsible in handling product life management / product life cycle and evaluating our new product. You will also be responsible for new accessories business scheme and designing technical material for product line up and marketing strategy.
• As a Marketer, you will be posted in our business industries (automotive, sales operation, heavy equipment, information technology and financial services) in one of these functions : Management Development Program, Sales Supervisor, Marketing Planning / Research, Marketing Communication, Business Development, Commercial Claim Adjuster, Customer Relation Officer, Account Manager, Marketing Promotion, Brand Associates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field

• High interest in Marketing
• Willing to be located throughout Indonesia
• Preferable fluent in English or Mandarin / Hokkian language
• Strong in communication, analytical skill and customer focus
