Supervisor Customer Relations Portfolio (Code: JS SPV CRP CBA – 11) - Jakarta
Responsibility
  • The job holder is responsible for supporting the portfolio operations and client relationship within Commercial Banking department. And the jobholder has to effectively support and understand account management with the main objective to deliver daily proactive client contacts, client reporting and resolving client issues and requests in order to continuously increase the portfolio value and ultimately customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Has a minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in customer facing environment.
  • Customer centric mindset to deliver customer experience.
  • Understanding general Banking policy and processes.
  • Basic knowledge of Treasury, Trade, and Cash Management products.
  • Able to use MS Office application.
  • High Sales ability and skills.
  • University degree (S1)
  • Good command in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
