Supervisor Facility Management - Makasar
Responsibilities
- Establish Facility Management Operations in assigned area
 - Manage regional activities of Facility Management
 - Monitor budget implementation
 - Manage subordinate performance and development
 
Requirements
- S1, preferably with major in Mechanical/ Civil, Electrical/ Industries with 3-5 years experience in property management
 - Skills in facility management operations
 - Have good knowledge of Operational Fleet, Logistics Management and Building Management
 - Good people skills (interpersonal communications , Leadership, Negotiation skill, Teamwork )
 - Computer Literacy

Responsibilities
- Prepare annual business planning from financial perspective
 - Prepare timely and comprehensive management & business report
 - Coordinate with various internal departments (Finance, Corporate Strategy, Network Planning, Marketing, Commerce) for data gathering
 - Assist Manager - Business Control on deep dive analysis of financial performance
 - Participate on ad-hoc project and able to build robust and flexible financial model
 
Requirements
- S1 University graduate majoring in Accounting/ Management
 - Previous experience in a detailed analytical role and building financial model will be essential
 - Strong Excel & Power Point skills
 - Experience with SAP module (is preferred)
 - Advanced English, written & communication skills

Responsibilities
- Compile various data needed to produce profitability analysis report (COPA), through coordination with related internal function
 - Perform data monitoring from daily data into monthly data using supporting tools e.g database, spreadsheet
 - Support COPA, operational maintenance in processing Non-Finance related data in simple and effective manner
 - Ensure data validity and reliability. For any issues, coordinating with Data warehouse team
 - Analyze data based on defined information requirements and propose recommendations for management’s decision making
 
Requirements
- S1, major Accounting or Informatics engineering
 - Oracle knowledge is mandatory
 - Strong Microsoft excel
 - SAP, Unix knowledge
 - Good analytical thinking
 - Familiar with cost and accounting principles will be an advantage
