Technology Analyst (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain IT Security Management , network management and technical system support data of Heavy Equipment Management
- Develop project management related with application system construction and database management
- Give recommendation for some issue related with business system to enhance the performance of the technology system, and secure the database system.
- The Candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills together with good interpersonal organizational skills, be able to interact & adapt with Mining Operation Group and External Customer
- Male/Female with 31-40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree prefer in Information Technology or Electrical Engineering
- Have experience on Heavy machine operation and maintenance role minimum 2 years preferably in technology and support development system
- Good communication in English as well Bahasa
- Availability to frequent travel
- Willing to be place in all over Indonesia

Requirements:
- Graduate from a reputable University with GPA min 2.75, Psychology, Law, Management, Human Resource
- Excellent command of English, both orally and in writing. Possess computer literacy (MS Office)
- Be a good team player, enthusiastic, proactive, and have excellent interactive skills with all level of management and staffs.
- Age not more than 35 years old
- Good interaction with people, team player with strong creativity & result oriented
- Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of other business systems will be another advantage
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skill

- Having good knowledge in human resources management, system and labor law

Strategy Maintenance Analyst (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer support services to Mining Site in the most cost effective and efficient.
- Write accurate professional reports to customers and company concerning technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions
- Maintain machine health, strategy, planning and scheduling of heavy equipment
- Maintain accurate site data for repair or services, part forecasting, warranties, etc
- The Candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills together with good interpersonal organizational skills, be able to interact & adapt with Mining Operation Group and External Customer
Requirements:
- Male/Female with min 25-30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree prefer in Tehcnical Engineering
- Have experience on Heavy machine operation and maintenance role minimum 2 years preferably in Heavy equipment maintenance strategy
- Good communication in English as well Bahasa
- Availability to frequent travel
- Willing to be place in all over Indonesia
