Product Marketing Supervisor (Code: Product Marketing)

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Manage budget for the product
• Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Minimal 1 year experience in creating marketing strategy, specialized in Brand Marketing is preferred
• Male, single, 25-29 years old.
• Has out of the box creativity
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Has big interest in automotive
• Has good presentation skill
• Has high analysis skill, numerical ability, can work under pressure and available to work overtime.
• Has good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, and able to work in team

Warehouse Administration Officer (Code: Warehouse Admin)

Responsibilities :
Conduct administrative warehouse operation receiving, checking, unpacking & picking.
Create routine stock status report.

Requirement:

• Single, 23 – 27 years old
• Has more than 2 years experience in the same related field
• Diploma degree from reputable university, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00. Preferably from Engineering.
• Sufficient knowledge about automotive parts & KD/CKD (knock down kit) packing
• Have a good interpersonal relationship, good communication skill, able to work in team
• Fluent in English & Computer Literate
• Willing to hard work  in shift (morning and night)
• Willing to be located in Purwakarta

Customer Relation Assistant Manager (Code: Customer Relation AM)

Responsibilities :
To serve existing customers by responding promptly to their needs or problems and liaise with internal departments to ensure a win-win outcome

Requirement :

• 28 – 35 years old
• Bachelor degree
• Has at least 3 years experience in the same related field as the front liners and serve customers directly
• Have excellent communication skill
• Able to create report, proposal and written communication letter
• Customer centric and able to work under pressure
• Self motivated, result oriented, performance driven, team player and player and able to work with minimum supervision
• Fluent in English (oral and written)

Product Planning Staff (Code: Product Planning)

Responsibilities :

• Develop Nissan future product line up which suitable for Indonesian Market
• Manage current Nissan product life cycle
• Monitor market and competitor product movement and propose necessary action
• Evaluate and test the cars and propose suggestion and improvement
• Set the optimum price positioning
• Monitoring Nissan’s competitiveness in the market using Pricing Analysis as one of the tools
• Monitoring costumers trend, competitor product movement and any issues related with Automotive industry
• Conducting costumers survey/research related with Automotive Industry
• Forecasting future automotive market demand

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Marketing Management, Economic Development, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• 23 – 27 years old
• Has 1 year experience in related fields would be an advantage. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Can drive car and has driving license (is a must)
• Has enthusiasm with automotive industry
• Excellent with SPSS and or E-Views would be an advantage
• Fluent in English is a must both oral and written
• Have good communication skill, presentation skill and able to work in a team
• Can work under pressure with tight deadline

Engineer Staff (Code: Engineer)
Responsibilities:

• Productivity control (analysis & improvement)
• Analyze daily production defect occurred and inform current problem in line production to all related section
• Analyze and take countermeasure of concern parts related to quality and design
• Contact and confirm to local supplier regarding the local material problem
• Control development with suppliers especially when local part developed at initial stage
• Standard time set-up (new model) and maintain (current model)

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Preferably maximal have 1 year experience in manufacturing (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Single, 22-25 years old.
• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
• Understand automotive parts and can read technical drawing
• Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
• Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure.

Dealer Development Staff (Code: Dealer Development)

Responsibilities :

• Report to dealer development Dept Head
• Propose improvement project of Nissan outlets related to renovation, relocation both exterior and interior areas.
• Dealer visit
• Manage Nissan Dealer Profile System
• Provide weekly and monthly progress report

Requirement :

• Male, Single, 24 – 28 years old.
• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Civil Engineering or Architecture with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Preferably have 1 year experience in Contractor Company.
• Good analytical thinking skill
• Fluent in using Ms. Office, AutoCAD and Photoshop.
• Fluent in English is a must (Oral and Written).
• Having a good communication skill, dynamic interpersonal, highly motivated, initiatives, and a good team player.
• Ability to perform under pressure with any kind of task, Target oriented, careful, detail and hard worker.
