Mechanical & Electrical Manager
Job and Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, & managing activities related to building maintenance scope of works
Descriptions:
  • Identify actual Mechanical & Electrical condition problems on site
  • Execute the maintenance and reparation project on site
  • Monitor all Mechanical & Electrical projects in every branches all over Indonesia
  • Lead and develop the Mechanical & Electrical team
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Min. 5 years experiences handling mechanical electrical in shopping mall/ retail business/ hotel/ apartment building/ developer company/ ME Consultants
  • Proven track records in preparing and handling M/E projects
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be located in Lippo Karawaci
Maintenance Regional
Descriptions:
  • Control daily maintenance operational activities
  • Ensure technician/ subordinate work quality
  • Manage maintenance cost
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputable University.
  • Having minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance (M/E, Fire Protection, Civil, Fixture, and Signage).
  • Having good communication and experienced in leading team
  • Good coordination skill and able to thrive in fast paced
  • Willing to be located in Lippo Karawaci
Project Estimator
Descriptions:
  • Create the budget plan and estimation for project
  • Prepare tender specification
  • Set up the paperwork for project contract agreement
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in contractor consultant/ shopping mall/ retail business/ developer company
  • Good knowledge in handling project tender process
  • Detail oriented, persistence, and good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be located in Lippo Karawaci
Civil, Fixture, & Signage Manager
Descriptions:
  • Create the plan for civil, fixture, & signage project
  • Handle the merchandising and renovation of civil, fixture, & signage
  • Monitor civil, fixture, & signage project operational
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Min. 3 years experiences in project division in retail business/ interior consultants/ project consultants.
  • Having experiences handling civil, fixture, & signage
  • Detail oriented, good interpersonal, and strong leadership
  • Willing to be located in Lippo Karawaci
