Job description
  • Carry out routine site inspection to identify any potential hazard to health, safety, security and environment on site, Updating documentations and also application for permit to work for certain activities by sub contractor, Responsible to prepare all safety and helath reports to management.
Qualification
  • Male    Max 25 y.o
  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Electrical
  • 2 years at the same position in highrise building, malls & other commercial centers
  • MS Office is a must, good coordination skills
  • Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of profesionalism and integrity,
  • Able to work independently and initiative, Proactive in resolving technical & coordinations issues
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
Tenant Relation Officer (TRO)

Job description:
  • As a Customer relations between the tenants, buyers and management.

Job description:
  • Responsible for the calculation of Pph 4 (2), PPn, Pph 23 and PPh 21.
  • Create tax return Period Pph 4 (2), PPn, Pph 23 and PPh 21.
  • Create withholding tax receipt
