Job Responsibilities
- Development and analysis of Sales & Channel performance Check incoming and releas
- Develop and evaluate performance of Sales & Channel team regularly.
- Contact point in development process related to reporting system.
- Reporting and analyze special projects/initiatives run by Sales or Channel team.
- Calculate sales force and distributors incentives regularly.
- Translate company target into operational level.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree, preferable have IT background
- Min. 3 years experience in Telecommunication Industry or Finance/Banking Industry
- Fluent in English, both oral & written
- Excellent database skill (Oracle, Ms. Acces, SQL)
- Strong in analysis and conceptual thinking
- Excellent reporting skill and good presentation
Senior Executive Legal
Job Description
- Provide legal support for general day-to-day procurement contract for goods and services that heavily focusing on network, IT as well as any other assigned project as necessary
- Prepare a draft agreement, review/revise agreement and other related legal documentation
- Provide legal analytical for legal corporate matters
- Interact with internal related department and vendor as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
- Minimum 3 – 4 year experiences
- Good English is a must, both verbal and writing
- Able to operate Microsoft Office Program
- Fast learner and ability to work under tight deadline
- Self driven, good manner and strong legal analytical skill
